IMS Worldwide, Inc. (IMSW) is celebrating our 30th year in the consulting business in 2007! I joined my father’s firm in 1977, full of energy and ready to work in the trenches of the FTZ, airport, and industrial park consulting business that Mr. F.J. Spencer had started 10 years earlier.
Since that time, our firm has grown significantly, and although our hallmark continues to be FTZ-related work, IMSW has morphed into the nation’s leading logistics consultant to real estate developers, railroads, ports, and importers. Our core competencies now revolve around five pillars:
